When you submit our quote request or review form, we collect the details you provide — your name, contact details (email and phone), and any information about your enquiry or feedback. We do not collect payment details, and we do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Why we collect it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and deliver cleaning services, and (if you submit a review) to display your approved feedback.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored securely using Supabase, our database provider. Reviews are only published after we have approved them. We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to request its deletion. To make a request, simply email us at info@serenityhealthandhome.ie and we will action it promptly.
